Some good news coming your way
Well, what do you know. Another week, another email from Windscribe. No, we're not getting desperate that we need to talk to you so often.... well, maybe just a little.

Quit blushing, let us get to the point. We're happy to announce that we've launched Static IPs. These will be available in 10+ locations, as well as 3 new locations where we offer residential static IPs, which make it look like you're not using a VPN at all, since to anyone watching you appear as a regular home user. No, we're not doing that shady Hola crap. Because we're not assholes.
You may ask yourself, why would I want this? Well, it will make for a much less annoying browsing experience as you will see fewer CAPTCHAs, less blocking and more cowbell. You're also gonna need a static IP to do port forwarding, which is also launching at the same time - now. What good is it? Well, you can do things like:
- Plex Server - Run a Plex server behind over VPN
- Home server/NAS - Access your home NAS over the VPN
- Torrent seeding - Seed Ubuntu ISOs over the VPN
- Be more awesome - The more you pay to us, the more awesome you are. It's a fact.

There is some bad news. This will cost you money, but it's kinda worth it, if you have a need for this.
Random Fact
"The international telephone area code for Antarctica is 672."
